License agreement

ZicPlay is distributed free of charge as shareware.

As a user, you can use it as is or purchase an end-user license key, which may entitle you to additional features and rights.

License agreement (shareware version)

The shareware version of the software gives you the right to use it for personal or professional purposes.

You are also authorized to redistribute the program in its original version (without modification, without financial compensation, and only its installer) as the results of your use of the software.

If you use the program regularly (particularly in a commercial activity), you are invited to purchase a license key and activate it.

License agreement (registered version)

If you purchase and activate a license key on the software, you will benefit from all of its features for life. This does not guarantee that new versions will be released or that the software will be functional on future versions of your operating system.

License keys are personal. You are not authorized to share or redistribute them (regardless of the method of distribution). They are associated with an email address that cannot be changed. They entitle you to one or more activations of the same software on one or more devices.

Software updates

The software is provided “as is.”

We cannot guarantee that it will work on your device, regardless of whether you have a paid license or not.

Any software updates are provided under the same conditions. They can be downloaded from the software or from our website.

Software support

You can contact us with any questions about using the software, feature requests, or bug reports.

We will respond as best we can, but cannot guarantee a response time or incident resolution outside of a specific maintenance contract.

In all cases, you are solely responsible for the use of our softwares and their impact on your data and devices. We use and test our softwares but cannot guarantee that they are flawless or that, for any reason, they are free of viruses or malware (even though we use antivirus software on them to limit risks). All our softwares (installers and programs) are signed before distribution. To limit risks, only download them from our websites.
